Goal

The installation entitled Goal referred to football goal, i.e. the most characteristic element of stadium’s infrastructure. Wojtyła used the ‘natura!’ beauty of this object in order to create its reduced version. An aesthetically simplified outline, embedded in the landscape of multiplied football pitches, did not reveal its fake character at a glance – to the contrary, it was intentionally made to look like one of the many goals which can be found at ‘Oławka’.
